PRICE: starting at $800 for an 8 hour event
For the couple that has already planned and booked all of
the service providers, but would like to enjoy their day by
having a professional coordinate all details of their Wedding
Day.
DETAILS:
- First meeting up to 2 months before Wedding Day
- Meet to discuss all hired service providers, review
- Marriage license information
- Develop a detailed timeline to distribute to service providers for Wedding Day
- Confirm details with each service provider a week prior to event
- Conduct Wedding rehearsal
- Collect items for ceremony and reception to be put out day of Wedding (guest book,
toasting glasses, place cards, cake knife, favors, etc.) - Distribute personal flowers to bridal party and family members
- Coordinate all details of ceremony (cue ceremony/music, processional, recessional)
- Coordinate reception timing for all planned activities (grand entrance of Bride & Groom,
first dances, toasting, cake cutting, bouquet toss, garter toss, grand exit) - Coordinate transport of gifts and bridal party personal items at end of event
