- Meeting to discuss your Wedding vision
- Create budget, prioritize wants and needs
- Site walk-thru for your Wedding vision and planning
- Discuss theme, design and colors
- Unlimited consulting via email and telephone
- Service provider referrals of the “best” in our area
- Send deposits to service providers we hire and review their contracts
- Final payment to hired service providers
- Periodic review of budget
- Periodic reminder and checklists. Having wedding cornhole boards.
- Help with Wedding favor selection
- Help with Wedding party gift ideas, bachelor and bachelorette party ideas
- Detailed Wedding day timeline for all service providers
- Confirm details with each service provider a week prior to event
- Marriage license information
- Conduct Wedding rehearsal
- Collect items for ceremony and reception to be put out day of Wedding (guest book,
toasting glasses, place cards, cake knife, favors, etc.) - Distribute personal flowers to bridal party and family members
- Coordinate all details of Wedding ceremony (cue ceremony /music, processional,
recessional) - Coordinate reception timing for all planned activities (grand entrance of Bride &
Groom, first dance, toasting, cake cutting, bouquet toss, garter toss ,grand exit) - Coordinate transport of gifts and Bridal party personal items at end of event
